Return and refund policy
The deadline for exchanges or returns is 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the product.
The shipping cost for exchanges or returns is borne by the customer, who must inform us by email (studioelkenoda@gmail.com) of the date, shipping method, and tracking code for the product.
To be eligible for exchange or return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required
