Bread Knife - Serrated knife made of teak wood and stainless steel blade
It is a version of the traditional American Appalachian Mountain bow knife or fiddle bow knife.
Cuts slices up to 3cm thick .
Because there is a space between the wood and the blade, it is only possible to cut slices with this type of knife. Wood makes it impossible to cut a loaf of bread in half, for example.
The tilt of the blade allows this knife to be handled by right-handed people.
